Why are we hosting the event?
Recent events have dramatically impacted the financial and social repercussions of what you – as a commercial landlord, developer or asset manager – choose to do with your voids, or empty spaces.
Aside from the law change on 1st April 2024, there have also been clear indications from the new government that further changes are afoot.
